1. Processing time
All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.

- Standard shipping (3-5 business days): Flat rate of $9.95, or FREE with 3 & 6-month packages.
- Expedited shipping (2-3 business days): $19.95 available at checkout.
- Priority shipping (1-2 business days): $29.95 available at checkout.
3. International shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7-21 business days.
- Canada: $14.95, 5-10 business days
- UK, EU, Australia, NZ: $19.95, 7-14 business days
- Other countries: Calculated at checkout, 10-21 business days
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.
4. Order tracking
Every order comes with full tracking. You'll receive an email with a tracking link once your package ships.
5. Discreet packaging
All Vita Herbs orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging. Nothing on the outside identifies the contents.
6. Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your package arrives damaged. We'll send a free replacement immediately.
7. Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you provide an incorrect address and the package returns to us, you will be responsible for reshipping cost.
